2. How can I book lessons?
At the time of your
application, you indicate your preferred
time and day for your regular lessons. For example, 11:00 to 11:30 on
Tuesdays
and Thursdays, starting on December 20.
We will then send you an
e-mail to confirm your fixed
lesson schedule with the exact date and time. Upon your payment, all
lessons are booked for you.
3. My schedule is
not always same. Can I
have flexible lesson time instead of fixed time and days?
Yes, we can arrange your
schedule in this way, too. Please indicate time and date at
the time of your
application.
4.
There is an urgent business coming in. Can I cancel the
scheduled lesson?
You can cancel lessons 24 hours before the scheduled time by
writing an e-mail to us. You will not charged for it. If you fail to
send a
cancellation notice 24 hours prior to the session, we are forced to
charge the
lesson.
