1. What happens
when I cancel a session?
We encourage students to take lessons
regularly, but understand that things come up from time to time.
Please notice us about the cancellation by two days before the fixed
lesson time. We will postpone the session to the next fixed date and no
cancellation fee occurs. In case of a cancellation within 48 hours
prior to the lesson, we are forced to charge a session fee to
you.
